At FANTSYKA Institut de Beauté & Shop, we place paramount importance on the careful handling, packaging, and prompt dispatch of your luxury beauty products. Every parcel is personally assembled within our Institute in Sugiez and entrusted to the reliable network of Swiss Post.

1. Delivery Territory

FANTSYKA delivers exclusively to addresses located within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. No orders can be shipped to international destinations outside this geographical scope.

3. Processing & Transit Times

• Order preparation: Your products are packaged and prepared at the Institute within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Postal transit: PostPac Economy consignments through Swiss Post are typically delivered within 2 business days following handover to the post office.
• Local Vully delivery: Orders within the Vully vicinity are delivered or deposited upon prior mutual arrangement within 24 to 48 hours.

4. Parcel Tracking

As soon as your package is dispatched with Swiss Post, you will receive an email confirmation containing your official tracking number (Swiss Post Tracking) enabling you to monitor its progress in real time.

In the event of absence upon delivery, a collection slip will be deposited in your mailbox, allowing you to pick up the parcel at your local post office branch or schedule a secondary delivery.
