These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Service (hereinafter "Terms of Service" or "GTC") govern all sales contracts and interactions concluded via the online boutique shop.fantsyka.ch between the operating company and any customer (hereinafter "the Customer").

2. Scope of Application & In-Clinic Treatments

These Terms apply exclusively to the purchase of cosmetic goods, beauty accessories, and gift vouchers through the online boutique shop.fantsyka.ch.

Booking Treatments at the Institute:
The online store is not designed to handle reservations or booking schedules for physical treatments at our salon. For inquiries regarding appointments, care protocols, or in-cabin treatments in Sugiez, customers are invited to visit our official informational website: www.fantsyka.ch or reach the salon directly by telephone.

3. Skincare Consultations & Skin Tolerance

FANTSYKA makes the professional expertise of a certified esthetician available to assist customers in selecting appropriate retail items and addressing home application queries.

Scope of Aesthetic Recommendations:

  • The recommendations and advice provided by Mrs. Randriambeloson are purely cosmetic and wellness-oriented. They do not in any circumstance constitute medical, dermatological, or clinical diagnosis.
  • It is the Customer's sole responsibility to examine the list of ingredients (INCI) indicated on product descriptions and original packaging prior to usage to rule out any risk of allergic reaction or personal intolerance.
  • In the event of active dermatological disorders or medical doubts, seeking advice from a medical dermatologist is strongly advised.

4. Product Provenance, Inventory & Stock Outages

FANTSYKA sources all products directly from the official Swiss general importer based in Lonay (Vaud), guaranteeing the certified authenticity and freshness of all distributed prestige lines (Guinot, Phytomer, Dr. Renaud, etc.) originating from France. Permanent inventory is sustained year-round.

  • Exceptional Backorders: In the rare event of momentary item unavailability, restocking lead times typically do not exceed one week.
  • Dedicated Support: If an order is time-sensitive, Mrs. Randriambeloson personally contacts the client to recommend a comparable alternative suited to their skin profile or provide an immediate refund upon request.

5. Pricing & Value Added Tax (VAT)

All product prices on the online boutique are denominated in Swiss Francs (CHF).

Tax Status: All quoted prices are net amounts. In accordance with the provisions of Swiss federal VAT legislation (revenue remaining below the statutory threshold), the operating business is not subject to Swiss VAT. Consequently, no VAT is charged, displayed, or deductible.

6. Gift Certificates & Cards

  • Lifetime Validity: Gift cards issued by FANTSYKA carry no expiration date and remain valid indefinitely.
  • Redemption Terms: Vouchers are neither refundable nor redeemable for cash, but may be freely redeemed against cosmetic products on our boutique or used toward in-salon treatments at our Institute in Sugiez.
  • Should the purchase amount exceed the voucher balance, the difference may be settled using any accepted payment gateway.

7. Payment Terms & Retention of Title

Orders are payable in full at the time of checkout via our integrated secure options: TWINT, PostFinance (Card / Mastercard Debit), Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, or advance bank wire transfer (IBAN). Cash settlements are accepted exclusively for in-person pickups at the Institute.

Delivered merchandise remains the sole legal property of rjNet Sàrl until receipt of full payment.

8. Shipping, Delivery & Right of Return

Shipping rates (CHF 8.50 flat rate via Swiss Post, free shipping for orders over CHF 130.-, free local delivery for Vully postal codes 1786, 1787, 1788, 1789, 3232, 3285) as well as the 14-day right of return (strictly excluding any opened or unsealed cosmetics for hygiene safety) are governed by our dedicated policies:

9. Data Protection

Processing of personal data is carried out in strict conformity with the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP, SR 235.1). We do not sell your personal data. It may be shared with service providers necessary to operate the store and process your orders, and in the other circumstances described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

All legal relationships between FANTSYKA / rjNet Sàrl and the Customer are governed exclusively by the substantive law of Switzerland (Swiss Code of Obligations, CO), to the exclusion of conflict-of-law principles and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and sales contracts shall be the registered office of the operating company, before the competent courts of the Canton of Fribourg, Switzerland.
