Directions:

As a heat shield: divide hair into sections. Hold the bottle 20-25 cm away from the hair and spray section by section before using any heat styling tool: before blow-drying, straightening with a flat iron, or using a curling iron or curling wand. Style as desired.

As a shine spray: hold the bottle 20-25 cm away from the hair and spray over finished hair for intense shine.
